One of Al Fahad Investment’s projects in the city of Unaizah, which opened in 2017. It was developed to serve as a location for the global IKEA brand, covering an area of 13,909 square meters. The project is located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Uthaimin Street and is considered one of the prominent commercial projects that have strengthened the presence of global brands in the region.
